The Challenge

To coincide with a move to new, bigger premises, Kerr & co needed a fresh identity that did not err too far from their existing logo. The new identity was to be immediately recognisable – contemporary and updated – in an extremely competitive environment.

The Solution

By reducing the size of the initial “K” and incorporating it into the “Kerr & Co” text, the new mark both references the old and avoids confusion with other agents that use merely initials. The image is simplified overall and can be used by external suppliers without detailed instructions. The colours have also been adapted.

The new logo was applied across the board, from office fascias, window displays, for sale boards, stationery, advertising and internal office decals. It has become an instantly recognisable logo that adds weight to Kerr & Co’s business ethos.
